Donovan Mitchell leads Cavaliers to opening game victory
Donovan Mitchell scored 10 of his game-high 27 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a thrilling 114-113 victory over the Brooklyn Nets in their season opener.
Mitchell also contributed six rebounds and five assists for the Cavaliers, shooting 46.8 percent from the field and 39.5 percent from 3-point range.
Max Struthers had a breakout game for the Cavaliers with 27 points and 12 rebounds. Isaac Okoro added 18 points and Darius Garland had 15 points and eight assists.
